New, unused full-price merchandise purchased at our online store may be exchanged with an original receipt within 48 hours of purchase. After 48 hours, the merchandise may not be exchanged.

Should you notice a shipping error, damage or defect in your order, kindly notify customer service within 24 hours of shipment delivery. We will arrange a pick-up at your convenience within 48 hours after you indicate a return request. Return Charges for these errors, damage or defects are on our tab.

Merchandise on sale may not be exchanged or returned. All merchandise must be returned in sellable condition, otherwise, an exchange would not be allowed.

If you want to return an order for other reasons, contact us with 24 hours of shipment delivery. Shipping charges will be incurred for returns for other reasons and are same as delivery charges.

We do not accept returns on worn sunglasses/glasses, soles, marked down products. Only wrongly delivered or defected items that fit into these categories will be considered for return and they must be in the Unused Condition.

A notification will be sent to you once your return has been received and processed along with your credit information. Returns are processed within 1-5 business days from the date of package arrival.

items are delivered within 3-5 working days to other states in Nigeria via our delivery partners. Deliveries are made within 24-36 hours for orders within Lagos state. If after these stipulated days you haven’t received your order, simply send an email to hello@solesnshades.com. we will ensure that the problem is looked into.

Kindly note that our soles are only available for pre-order and therefore takes 5-10 days to be made. Please do contact us if you havent received your order after 14 days.

Delivery within Lagos takes 24 to 72 hours after payment has been confirmed for eyewear and other accessories, While delivery within lagos takes 1-2 days for pre-orders on soles. (this duration excludes production period. Production period takes 10 days).

how long does delivery take outside Lagos?

Shipping


To return your product, you should mail your product to: 26, Akintunde street. Yaba. Lagos, Lagos, LA, 100001, Nigeria.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over N15000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

SHIPPING RATES

Delivery within Lagos costs 1000 in Lagos Metropolis.

Delivery outside Lagos Metropolis costs 1500. ( Sangotedo, ikorodu, Awoyaya, Ojo, Ibeju-lekki, etc)

Deliveries outside Lagos costs as follows;

Western States – 1500

Eastern States – 2600

Nothern States – 3000

Abuja – 2600

All our deliveries outside Lagos are fulfilled by DHL Ng. Be assured that your orders will be delivered in good condition. 

 
 

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Returns and refunds are only made if there’s a manufacturing defect from our end or the wrong item is delivered. We would not make refunds on customer errors with sizes, colors, and choices.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@solesnshades.com and a representative will reach out to you.
